Dr. Özgür Albayrak received his undergraduate education from Kocaeli University Faculty of Arts and Sciences Department of Chemistry, his master’s degree from Yeditepe University Institute of Science, Biotechnology Master’s Program, and his PhD from Koç University Graduate School of Health Sciences, Cellular and Molecular Medicine Doctorate Program. After conducting his master’s research on immunology, hematological malignancies and flow cytometry applications, he conducted his doctoral studies on the functions of regulatory T cells and TH17 cells in autoimmune diseases, infection immunology and antibiotic resistance studies. Dr. Özgür Albayrak is working as a Post-Doctoral Researcher for Neuroimmunology Group and as the Facility Manager of Koç University Hospital KUTTAM Flow Cytometry Core Facility.
