Dr. Şükriye Bilir, took her B.Sc. degree from Istanbul Technical University, Molecular Biology and Genetics department. Followingly, she achieved her M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Osaka University in Japan. Her Ph.D. thesis was about the nuclear pore complex formation mechanisms during cell division under the supervision of Prof Hiraoka and Prof. Haraguchi.
